Hi, I'm Alexa.

I'm a community builder, speaker, retreat facilitator, and coach — I spent nearly a decade at Google leading global mentorship communities and manager development programs before founding Journey with Alexa, where I run workshops, retreats, and coaching for people in transition, building a business and life aligned with their values. Reboot with AI grew out of watching brilliant women 40+ hit the same wall — real skill, real businesses, but tech that felt like a locked door. So I built the program I wish existed for them.

Yes — this program is built for business owners who don't think of themselves as "tech people." I teach everything step-by-step, at a pace that respects your time and everything you already know.
How much time will this take each week?
Plan on 60-90 minutes for the live call, plus another hour or two to work through the templates and videos at your convenience during the week.
What if I fall behind?
Every call is recorded, every template is yours to keep, and the community's there whenever you need a hand between sessions.
Is this just about AI, or other tech too?
Both. AI is a big part of it, but I also cover your website, your social media, and simple automation — basically everything that adds up to "tech overwhelm," not just one tool.
